CRM

Our network of relationships is essential to be able to do our job. We strive for a long-term relationship. That is why MW-Consultancy will keep contact details for a longer period of time, but never longer than necessary. We keep contact details and (preferred) address details of our relations in our online CRM system. In addition to address details, we keep track of who would like to be mediated through us. We register the gender for a correct salutation in our communication. In addition, we store the name, email address and position of our contact persons at these companies as well as the visit reports.
